We're seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to lead our music marketing efforts. As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and executing strategic campaigns to promote our artists and labels in the UK, Europe, and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital music landscape, including social media platforms, online trends, and the latest tech tools. You'll be responsible for developing and managing social media communication, optimizing online promotions, and generating exposure and valuable fan interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns for assigned labels and artists.
  • Stay up-to-date with current online trends and tools, and apply them to marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage social media communication, optimizations, and online promotions.
  • Run digital advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google AdWords, monitoring progress and creating reports.
  • Prioritize requests for support, set parameters for engagement, and provide clear project communication.
  • Evaluate tech tools and apps to enhance campaigns and reach specific goals.
  • Report on digital marketing campaigns, keeping labels and artist management updated throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on music.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google AdWords.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
  • Basic Photoshop, HTML, and video editing software experience.
  • Understanding of SEO and website meta data optimization.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with English required and a second language desirable.
