Candidates should possess a strong academic background in a relevant field and significant professional experience in the music industry. For the Education & Research role profile, a PhD in Music or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver modules on music management, entrepreneurship, artist development, and related areas of music business practices at postgraduate level.
  • Undertake administrative, management, and leadership duties under the direction of the Head of Department.
  • Contribute to student recruitment activities such as open days.

Person Specification:

Candidates should have a first degree in a relevant subject/discipline and a postgraduate degree or extensive professional experience in the music industry. Candidates wishing to be appointed on an Education & Research role profile should hold a PhD in Music or a related field.
