City St George's, University of London is seeking a highly qualified Music Faculty Member to join our esteemed Department of Performing Arts. The successful candidate will have a first degree in a relevant subject/discipline and a postgraduate degree or extensive professional experience in the music industry. A PhD in Music or a related field is required for the Education & Research role profile.

The Department of Performing Arts is a dynamic and innovative unit that brings together the renowned Department of Music and the prestigious musical theatre training provider, Urdang. Our portfolio includes undergraduate courses in Music Performance with Production, Music, Sound and Technology, and Professional Dance and Musical Theatre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering modules in music management, entrepreneurship, artist development, and related areas of music business practices at postgraduate level. They will also contribute to the development of a new portfolio in performing arts, creative practice, and production, sound, and design.
