Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for tracking weekly performance against targets, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and providing insightful analysis to drive business performance.

You will work closely with sales and finance teams to develop and implement strategies to drive performance. Your expertise in financial analysis and modelling will be essential in providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and agile commercial environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of bonus models, tracking, and preparation of payment schedules.
  • Validation of new business wins and reporting on performance of sales colleagues.
  • Accurate and timely production of reports at appropriate levels of detail, including Daily Sales & KPIs with associated variance analysis.
  • Leveraging analysis into deliverable guidance/recommendations to Sales & Finance managers and directors.
  • Responsible for data management, ensuring data is reviewed frequently to provide accurate reporting and data rules & governance are followed.
  • Forecasting & Flash management and ownership of Workday updates.
  • Produce reports/presentations as required to drive business results.
  • Act as an ambassador for finance, promoting cross-functional collaboration and understanding.

About You:

You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience as a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant, or Finance Analyst. You will have a strong commercial awareness, financial analysis and modelling experience, and excellent Excel skills. SAP experience is highly desirable.
