Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for tracking weekly performance against targets, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and modelling, with excellent Excel skills and experience in SAP. You will work closely with sales and finance teams to drive performance and support the development of new business teams and desk-based sales colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of bonus models and tracking, with a focus on ensuring timely payment schedules.
  • Validation of new business wins and reporting on performance of sales colleagues.
  • Accurate and timely production of reports, including Daily Sales & KPIs with associated variance analysis.
  • Providing analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive results.
  • Data management, ensuring data is reviewed frequently and governance rules are followed.
  • Forecasting, Flash management, and ownership of Workday updates.
  • SUPPORTING THE TEAM WITH DAILY ACTIVITIES AND DEVELOPING NEW WAYS OF WORKING.
  • Producing reports and presentations to drive business results.
  • Acting as an ambassador for finance and promoting cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) to join our global organisation as a Finance Business Partner. You will work in an agile commercial environment, driving performance through insight and analysis. A strong understanding of financial analysis and modelling, as well as SAP experience, is essential for this role.
