Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tracking weekly performance against targets, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and providing insightful analysis to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of bonus models, tracking, and preparation of payment schedules.
  • Validation of new business wins and reporting on performance of sales colleagues.
  • Accurate and timely production of reports at appropriate levels of detail, including Daily Sales & KPIs with associated variance analysis.
  • Leveraging analysis into deliverable guidance/recommendations to Sales & Finance managers and directors.
  • Responsible for data management, ensuring data is reviewed frequently to provide accurate reporting and data rules & governance are followed.
  • Forecasting & Flash management and ownership of Workday updates.
  • Produce reports/presentations as required to drive business results.
  • Act as an ambassador for finance, promoting cross-functional collaboration and understanding.

About You:

We are looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience as a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant, or Finance Analyst. You will have a high level of commercial awareness, financial analysis, and modelling experience. Strong Excel skills, including experience in financial analysis and modelling, are essential. SAP experience is highly desirable.
