Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in HR or a CIPD qualification (L5/L7) and a minimum of 8 years' HR experience. Proven expertise within the manufacturing industry is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global HR teams to roll out essential HR processes.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts while driving internal talent development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Manage the current annual appraisal system and ensure its smooth execution.
  • Actively participate in and provide support for various HR-related projects.
  • Develop and implement effective benefits and remuneration packages.

Role Requirements
