About Our Office Manager Role

At Minor Figures, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office, providing administrative support, and contributing to the development of our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team members, including mail and package management, welcoming visitors, and ensuring the office is clean and organized.
  • Manage our office budget, including inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire procedures and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with our social committee to organize in-person and virtual events, promoting employee engagement and teamwork.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT and systems support, managing hardware and software distribution, updates, and security.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in administrative or operational roles, with experience in office management, facilities coordination, or business development.
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
  • You are passionate about creating a positive work environment, with a focus on employee well-being and engagement.
  • You have experience with IT support and management, including hardware and software distribution, updates, and security.
