Global Licensing Strategist Opportunity:

Holt Executive Ltd, a world leader in executive recruitment, is seeking a highly skilled Global Licensing Strategist to join their dynamic government and regulatory affairs team. This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing global licensing strategies aligned with business priorities and regional insights.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in government and regulatory affairs, with a focus on telecommunications licensing, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute global licensing strategies aligned with business priorities and regional insights.
  2. Act as the primary contact for licensing and market access.
  3. Manage intricate licensing projects, tracking and communicating progress on a country-by-country basis.
  4. Collaborate with regulatory teams to resolve application barriers.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and review licensing materials.
  6. Create templates for applications that showcase service offerings and network asset technical details.
  7. Engage with business teams to understand product roadmaps, provide feedback on licensing considerations, and align with deployment priorities.
  8. Evaluate national licensing requirements for planned network operations and business activities.
  9. Maintain and update the global licensing database in collaboration with team members and IT resources.
  10. Ensure compliance with licensing obligations by managing the license portfolio effectively.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in government and regulatory affairs with a focus on telecommunications licensing.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with leadership and teammates.
  • Exceptional administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
