About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investigations Coordinator to join our Regulatory Investigations team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day running and coordination of investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange meetings, take notes, and ensure investigation files are correctly stored and trackers are updated.
  • Handle departmental SAP-related purchasing activities, including raising shopping carts and purchase orders.
  • Manage the process for requesting electronic data, including mailbox management and record management activities.
  • Support championing activities within the business, such as GDPR, Health & Safety, and Data.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficient note-taking skills.
  • Experience with MS O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Tableau is preferred but not essential.
  • Understanding or experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or purchasing sector would be an advantage.
