Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Refugee Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to support refugees in finding safe and secure accommodation. This role requires expertise in housing legislation, including the Homelessness Reduction Act and Housing Act, as well as hands-on experience in preventing or relieving homelessness.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support refugees in finding safe and secure accommodation\
  • Manage relationships with private sector landlords and expand our housing inventory\
  • Oversee financial transactions, track budgets, and prepare reports\
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement\\[/{ul}\
