Refugee Support Professional

We are looking for a skilled caseworker to join our team in Streatham Hill, London. As a caseworker, you will work closely with young refugees, asylum seekers, and other migrants who are at risk or in crisis. Your main objective will be to help them access their statutory rights and achieve their full potential.
Our casework service provides holistic support to young people aged 14-25. This includes advice, practical assistance, and advocacy. You will work collaboratively with statutory and voluntary organizations to meet the needs of these individuals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to build strong relationships with young people, colleagues, and external partners. Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly those from refugee and migrant backgrounds, is highly valued.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
