About the Role:

The Chief Commercial Officer is a key member of the executive leadership team at Amanresorts International Pte Ltd, responsible for overseeing and leading all commercial functions globally. This includes developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior commercial leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility. Key responsibilities include leading the sales, marketing, communications, customer relationship management (CRM), brand strategy, digital initiatives, and revenue management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy in alignment with the company's objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team across sales, marketing, communications, CRM, brand, digital, and revenue management departments.
  • Establish high-functioning commercial capabilities across property and corporate teams.
  • Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies, including pricing, distribution, and market expansion.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure consistency and effectiveness of the brand's messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee the digital transformation initiatives, including website development, e-commerce, and online marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the CRM strategy to optimize customer interactions and ensure a personalized customer experience.
  • Work closely with IT, Finance and Operations to guide data strategy to enable actionable insights from enterprise through to property.
  • Oversee revenue management strategies, including pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in a senior commercial leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, digital strategies, CRM, and revenue management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
