Children's Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a Children's Home Registered Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our residential home, ensuring that our children and young people receive the highest standard of care and support.
As a Children's Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues, facilitating their professional development, and ensuring that they provide high-quality care and support to our children and young people. You will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring care and education plans to meet the individual needs of our children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of colleagues and facilitate their professional development
- Design, implement, and monitor care and education plans
- Ensure that our children and young people receive the highest standard of care and support
- Manage the day-to-day running of the residential home
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted-rated home
- Experience of working with children and young people with challenging behaviors
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent knowledge of current legislations and regulations
