Children's Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a Children's Home Registered Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our children and young people.
As a Children's Home Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our young people, providing a safe and supportive environment that enables them to thrive. You will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues, facilitating their professional development, and ensuring that they provide high-quality care and support to our children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of colleagues and facilitate their professional development
- Ensure the highest standards of care and support for our children and young people
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential home
- Develop and implement care and education plans to meet the individual needs of our children and young people
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted-rated home
- Experience of working with children and young people with challenging behaviors
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent knowledge of current legislations and regulations
