As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of your home, working closely with our teams to achieve positive outcomes for our children and young people.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader who is passionate about promoting independence and life skills for our children and young people. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment and be able to demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding our children and young people.

As a Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Designing and implementing care and education plans to meet the individual needs of our children and young people
  • Managing the organization of work patterns, training, and services to support childcare practices
  • Recruiting and developing a compassionate and motivated team
