Sales Team Director

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd and lead the sales efforts for a new residential scheme in London.
Responsibilities:- Sales target achievement and reporting
- Team leadership and motivation
The successful candidate will have experience within London's new homes market at management level, regular reporting to director level, knowledge of London's new homes/residential development market, minimum of 1 year managerial experience within New Homes, excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Excel, ability to drive sales teams efficiently, and experience in collating market research.
A competitive salary of £49,750 is offered along with a generous bonus structure and additional benefits.
