Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our well-established and supportive multi-disciplinary therapy team, helping to create an environment where our pupils can flourish, learn and develop.
As a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will be working with adults and/or children who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs, such as complex trauma, mental health needs, or behaviours of concern.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with a range of key partners to provide comprehensive occupational therapy services
- Collecting and analysing data to inform service delivery, development, and project work
- Supervising and training staff to ensure the highest standards of care
- Working sensitively with individuals and resolving conflicts effectively
- Providing role-specific training tailored to individual requirements, with a £2,000 training allowance available
In return, you will enjoy a competitive salary package, including up to £53,000 dependent on experience, plus a £3,000 welcome bonus. Requirements:
- Occupational Therapy BSc (Hons)
- Registered with the HCPC
- Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with children and young people
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
