Key Responsibilities:

  3. Ensure the proper use of spa equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.

  6. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills.
  7. Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  1. HVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  3. A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  4. The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
