Disability Services Leadership Manager

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is a committed recruitment agency with a new permanent position available for a Senior Practitioner within the Emergency Duty Team.
The salary for this full-time role is up to £50,661 per annum.
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide leadership and support to colleagues in situations of high complexity.
The successful candidate will apply extensive knowledge of practice, theory, and legislation to enhance practice, procedures, and policies.
This includes modelling effective risk assessment and management in complex situations and providing professional advice and supervision.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and supporting the performance management and development of team members using a coaching approach.
This role requires you to contribute to organisational change and development and address performance management issues that arise.
You will need to ensure staff adhere to data quality legislation and manage delegated budgets, funding, and resources as required.
