Psychological Services Manager

NELFT North East London Foundation Trust invites applications from experienced Senior Clinical Psychologists to fill a critical leadership position. As a Lead Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for leading alongside senior MDT colleagues in the development of the Intensive Support Team for people with a Learning disability or Autism who present to crisis services.
Your expertise in clinical supervision and specialist consultation will be instrumental in guiding junior psychologists and other professionals towards delivering high-quality care. We seek a seasoned psychologist with a proven track record in managing complex cases and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
This role comes with a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive training program ensures your continued growth and development within the organization.
Main Accountabilities:
- Lead alongside senior MDT colleagues in developing the IST.
- Guide junior psychologists and other professionals in delivering high-quality care.
