Job Description
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide support to children with special educational needs. Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in psychology and experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs. A 2:1 degree or higher in psychology or a related field from a top 20 UK university is also required. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively are essential.
