We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Support Worker to join our team at RIBBONS AND REEVES, an outstanding secondary school in Hackney, London.

About the Role
  • This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans for SEN students.
Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality support to students with SEN, including those with Autism and ADHD.
  • To work collaboratively with teachers to identify areas where additional support is required and to develop strategies to address these needs.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and to contribute to the development of student profiles.
Requirements
  • A minimum 2:1 Psychology Degree from a top 20 UK University.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in special education or psychology.

  • This is a full-time, long-term position available immediately in Hackney, London.
