About the Role
NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join its Forensic Psychology Service. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to the development of our service and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with complex mental health needs.

The role involves providing specialist psychological assessment and interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and contributing to the development of the service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of forensic psychology principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide specialist psychological assessment and interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account individualized risk assessments and management strategies
- Lead on clinical cases, providing supervision and guidance to junior staff members
- Contribute to the development of the service, participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to policy development

Benefits and Salary
The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
