Adult Disability Senior Practitioner

This leadership role is designed to oversee a team in the Emergency Duty Team, providing guidance and support in high complexity situations. The successful candidate will apply their knowledge of practice, theory, and legislation to enhance practice and promote innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and professional support to colleagues and other professionals in situations of high complexity.
- Model effective assessment and management of risk in complex situations, including positive risk taking scenarios.
- Monitor and support performance management and development of team members using a coaching approach.
- Manage complaints and verify assessments as required.
- Ensure adherence to data quality legislation.
- Monitor and manage delegated budgets, funding, and resources as required.
- Participate in organisational change and development, and address performance management issues.
- Promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) through work and adhere to Sanctuary's EDI policies.
- Participate in continuous professional development.
