As an Adult Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to live fulfilling lives in community settings.

Your key responsibilities will include participating in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities, maintaining effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others, and supporting service users with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and personal care. You will also be required to maintain accurate notes and records as necessary.
