Job Title: Partner Manager, Strategic Account Services

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Manager to join our Strategic Account Services (SAS) team. As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting Sellers into our Pro programme, which provides premium operational support and strategic initiatives to help them grow their business on Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative approach, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and converting an internally-allocated pipeline, working closely with Sellers to build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, and presenting a compelling Paid Services solution that meets and exceeds our Sellers' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a clear understanding of our Sellers and their needs, along with the features and functionalities of the Pro programme.
  2. Articulate compelling, tailored value propositions targeting Seller needs.
  3. Manage a pipeline of internal leads, to qualify, and engage with prospective Sellers.
  4. Work closely with the internal Marketplace Consultant team to smoothly onboard Sellers.
  5. Understand and utilise CRM tools to track pertinent account information and sales progress.
  6. Forecast and prioritise to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  7. Represent the Pro programme at internal and external Seller events.
  8. Manage internal projects to drive improvements at team level, providing feedback on the value proposition to affect change and implementing initiatives to close business.
Requirements:
  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Relevant experience within Sales/Recruitment.
  3. Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  4. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  5. Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  6. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities.
  7. Experience in presenting a service to a broad audience at public events.
  8. Always does what is right for the customer, relentlessly customer-focused.
