Partner Manager, Strategic Account Services

About the Role

At ENGINEERINGUK, we're committed to making Amazon the best place for third-party sellers of all sizes to grow and serve customers. Our Strategic Account Services (SAS) team is seeking a Partner Manager who is self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a dynamic environment. As a Partner Manager, you'll be responsible for recruiting sellers into our Pro programme, which offers premium operational support and strategic initiatives to help them grow their business on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our sellers and their needs, as well as the features and functionalities of the Pro programme.

• Articulate compelling, tailored value propositions that target seller needs and drive business growth.

• Manage a pipeline of internal leads, qualifying and engaging with prospective sellers to meet or exceed quarterly targets.

• Collaborate closely with the internal Marketplace Consultant team to smoothly onboard sellers and ensure a seamless experience.

• Utilize CRM tools to track account information and sales progress, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

• Represent the Pro programme at internal and external seller events, showcasing the benefits and value proposition to a broad audience.

• Manage internal projects to drive improvements at the team level, providing feedback on the value proposition and implementing initiatives to close business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

• Relevant experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

• Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in presenting a service to a broad audience at public events, with a customer-centric approach and a relentless focus on delivering value to customers.
