Job Title: Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships

At Priory Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales and strategic partnerships function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the commercial and accounts director to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure ongoing analysis of the EAP sector and customer markets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
