Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships

At Priory Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales and strategic partnerships function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving business performance, and achieving EBITDAR targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing all sales activity to achieve new business targets and working to a clear sales plan.
  • Ensuring ongoing analysis of the EAP sector and customer markets, maintaining a live database of target customers, new business leads, and contacts using Salesforce.
  • Developing marketing campaigns to drive business growth, working closely with the wider Care first SLT and Priory Marketing team as appropriate.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Care first's business strategy.
