As Executive Director of Advancement, you will be responsible for leading all fundraising efforts for the Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS) and the Batten School of Coastal and Marine Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet VIMS and BSCMS goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Collaborate with the university's development team to identify and pursue new funding opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
