About the Role

Care First, a leading provider of Employee Assistance Programmes and part of Priory, the UK's leading independent provider of mental healthcare and adult social care, is seeking a Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role requires travel for various meetings, and the successful candidate will lead the business development and sales function of Care First, supporting the Commercial & Accounts Director and Service Director to improve business performance, drive revenue growth, and achieve appropriate EBITDAR performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct all sales activity, ensuring the achievement of new business targets, working to a clear sales plan.
  • Ensure ongoing analysis of the EAP sector and customer markets, maintaining a live database of target customers, new business leads, and contacts using Salesforce.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to drive business growth, working closely with the wider Care First SLT and Priory Marketing team as appropriate.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Care First's business strategy.
