Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships

Care First, a leading provider of Employee Assistance Programmes and part of Priory - the leading independent provider of mental healthcare and adult social care in the UK, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its sales and strategic partnerships efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth, aligning with Care First's business objectives.
- Lead the analysis of the EAP sector and customer markets, maintaining a comprehensive database of target customers, new business leads, and contacts using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the wider Care First SLT and Priory Marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- Design and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Care First's business strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and business development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.
