About the Role

Care First, a leading provider of Employee Assistance Programmes and part of Priory - the leading independent provider of mental healthcare and adult social care in the UK, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its sales and strategic partnerships efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth, aligning with Care First's business objectives.
  2. Lead the analysis of the EAP sector and customer markets, maintaining a comprehensive database of target customers, new business leads, and contacts using Salesforce.
  3. Collaborate with the wider Care First SLT and Priory Marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  4. Design and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Care First's business strategy.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and business development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.
