Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships

Care First, a leading provider of Employee Assistance Programmes and part of the Priory Group, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the business development and sales function. As Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving business performance, and achieving EBITDAR targets.
Key Responsibilities- Direct all sales activity, ensuring the achievement of new business targets and working to a clear sales plan.
- Ensure ongoing analysis of the EAP sector and customer markets, maintaining a live database of target customers, new business leads, and contacts using Salesforce.
- Develop marketing campaigns to drive business growth, working closely with the wider Care First SLT and Priory Marketing team.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Care First's business strategy.
