Home for Children Manager

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Residential Care Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, developing services for children, and implementing policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:- Minimum degree-level education and NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent.
- Registration with Ofsted as a suitable manager.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
You will also need to possess excellent leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of residential childcare and quality standards.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
