Residential Care Leader

A dynamic leader is required to manage a brand-new, 3-bed EBD home in the children's residential care sector.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of residential experience, including 2 years in management within the children's home sector.
We are looking for an experienced registered or deputy manager who is passionate about providing exceptional care and has the drive to lead a new home to success.
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per year, with additional bonus opportunities.
About the RoleAs the Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead from the front, managing all aspects of the children's home and ensuring compliance with Ofsted, the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of young people, supporting their emotional, social, and educational development.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, supervision, and training to deliver exceptional care.
