Support Worker for Children with Learning Disabilities

Job Summary:
LTF Recruitment Ltd. is collaborating with a children's residential home to appoint a qualified Learning Disability Support Worker in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. The ideal candidate will provide care and support to young individuals with learning disabilities, including Autism, ADHD, and non-verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care in line with Ofsted regulations.
- Establish a positive environment that promotes growth and development.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the well-being of residents.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification and experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
- An enhanced DBS check and safer recruitment process.
- Flexibility to work a rolling rota, including sleep-in shifts.
- A valid UK/EU manual driving license.
