Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate support worker to join our team in Swadlincote. As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical services to help clients stay independent in their own homes. This will involve visiting clients in the local community and providing support with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life
You will be working with a variety of clients, each with their unique needs and requirements. We encourage our care professionals to build strong relationships with our clients and their families, providing a high level of care and support.
Required Skills and QualificationsYou do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
