Job Overview

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Swadlincote, where you will provide support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs in their own homes. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal planning, and household chores. You will also help individuals develop new skills, participate in community activities, and maintain important relationships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong sense of empathy and understanding. You will be working on a rota, which may include weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and nights, with planned time off. We offer full-time and part-time positions, requiring a minimum of 26 hours per week. An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
