Support Worker
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. In this role, you will be supporting individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team, be flexible with their working hours and be able to work with people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
The role involves following daily planners, helping with financial expenditure, domestic support, and administration of medication; there may be some support with personal care and meal planning/preparation, maintaining important relationships, and support to find new friendships.

- Working Hours: You will be required to work a rota, which includes weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and nights.
- Shift Patterns: 9pm to 7am and 10pm to 7pm (Waking Nights)
- Salary: Competitive rates of pay
