Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our brand-new, 3-bed EBD home in the children's residential care sector.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high standards of care and be able to build and manage a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the children's home and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

• Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of young people

• Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, supervision, and training to deliver exceptional care
