Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Corporate Sector Coverage team as a Director of Client Relationships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and execute integrated corporate banking services or investment banking propositions for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and monitor developments and opportunities within the UK TMT & Healthcare sector
  • Market ING's products and services to clients and prospects
  • Develop strategic client account plans and help achieve team income and fee targets
  • Ensure credit quality, KYC validity, and regulatory requirements are met
  • Develop and coordinate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in wholesale banking, preferably with at least 10 years of experience in relationship management or origination. You should have a proven track record of building and developing client relationships, winning new business mandates, and closing transactions. You should also have good credit risk knowledge and relevant KYC and compliance experience.

Qualifications

  • Degree in finance, banking, economics, or other relevant discipline
  • Fluent English language skills
