Fortrea is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies across various therapeutic areas and solutions. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing marketing programs that drive client interest and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies that drive engagement and differentiation for therapeutic areas such as oncology, cardiovascular, and others.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and operational stakeholders to create compelling customer-facing materials and plan impactful events.
- Advise on and develop strategies to create compelling marketing messaging and programs via an omni-channel approach.
- Launch and manage highly targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement with and preference for Fortrea.
- Measure impact of marketing initiatives via metrics and dashboards reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and formal academic qualification such as a master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience with marketing program strategy, planning, development, and implementation in the health & life sciences industry.
- Experience in omni-channel strategies including digital, social, print, email, webinar and face-to-face events.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to influence others outside of marketing.
- Excellent written, project management, presentation and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to travel globally - up to 15% travel.
