Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Logobrand Field Marketing? We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Commercial department and play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships.

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients' needs are not just met, but exceeded. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic plans, collaborate with talented teams, and drive success for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the go-to person for our valued clients
  • Understanding and championing client goals
  • Creating and executing innovative account strategies
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver top-notch services
  • Monitoring performance and seizing opportunities for growth
  • Providing clients with insightful updates and reports

We are looking for a talented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. If you have at least 2 years FMCG Field Sales Account Management experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

Manage a budget ensuring 100% deliverable to plan

Ensure all briefing documents are created on time

Validate results to ensure accuracy and analysis

Maintain great working relationships with our clients

Challenge the status quo, be creative, and always strive for better

Utilise data to create informative reports for our clients

Identify opportunities for growth within your account

This is a Hybrid remote role, requiring travel to our Nottingham office at least once a month and to our client offices based around the Maidenhead area, when required.
