Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager - Therapeutic Areas and Solutions

Fortrea is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies across various therapeutic areas, including oncology, cardiovascular, and metabolic. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and managing marketing programs that drive client interest and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to increase awareness and improve perception of Fortrea's therapeutic areas and solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and operational stakeholders to create compelling customer-facing materials and plan impactful events.
  • Launch and manage highly targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Partner with campaign marketing, SMEs, and marketing centers of excellence to develop go-to-market strategies and tactics.
  • Measure the impact of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or relevant experience in lieu of educational requirements.
  • Extensive experience in marketing program strategy, planning, development, and implementation in the health and life sciences industry.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management and influence others outside of marketing.
  • Excellent written, project management, presentation, and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to plan, multi-task, and prioritize.
