Trusted Teaching Assistant for Challenging Behaviour

We are currently seeking an experienced teaching assistant to work with KS1, KS2, and KS3 pupils, providing targeted support to address SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with students who have SEMH
- Proven expertise in using Team Teach training to manage challenging behaviour
- A solid background in supporting SEND students in Literacy, Numeracy, and other areas
- A thorough understanding of child development and learning processes, informing instructional decisions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and guardians
- An innovative approach, responding to diverse student needs and circumstances
- The ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding
