Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role is £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer ongoing training and professional development opportunities, a supportive and collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and their families.
Requirements:
- A strong educational background and teaching certification.
- Proven experience working with students with challenging behaviours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
