Salary Range: £140 - £200 per day (dependent on experience)


Contract: Full-time (term-time only)


Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEMH Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who require additional support in a secondary school setting, particularly those with special educational needs and challenging behaviours.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth for students with special educational needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, incorporating strategies to manage challenging behaviours.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive student support and progress monitoring.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs and challenging behaviours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
