Teacher for Challenging Behaviour Students

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Teacher for Challenging Behaviour Students to join our team at Academics LTD in South Birmingham. The successful candidate will work in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU), supporting students with Special Education Needs, including ADHD, SEMH, and EBD. This is a full-time position until the end of the academic year 2025, with an estimated salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.
As a key member of our team, you will create tailored educational plans, adapt teaching methods, and collaborate with other professionals to provide a supportive and structured learning environment for all students. Your expertise will enable students to manage their behaviour, develop social skills, and achieve academic success.
