Challenging Behaviour Specialist

Are you passionate about teaching and making a positive impact on the lives of young learners? Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join our dynamic school environment, specialising in Challenging Behaviour.
As a Primary Teacher, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to behavioral and emotional challenges. You will be responsible for providing one-on-one guidance, developing behaviour management plans, and creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key requirements for this role include Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), primary education experience, and proven ability to work with children or young people with challenging behaviour. Strong communication skills and a calm demeanor are also essential for building strong relationships with students and collaborating with the school's SEN and behavioural support teams.
